All CANCELLATIONS are required to be faxed to the Euphemia Hotel 2 x weeks prior to arrival date, after that there is a 50% charge from the total cost. (with a minimum of one night) Cancellation and changes after arrival date will be charged 100%.*Your credit card will be authorized in order to check if it is still valid. If the hotel does not receive authorization the reservation will be cancelled.Please note once we receive an authorization we can not release it, the authorization is normally valid for a few weeks; after that it releases itself back into your account automatically (depends on the credit card company and the country). There is a 5% surcharge when paying with credit cards. Please note that the cancellation period can be changed depending on the time of year (i.e. holidays etc.)
