All CANCELLATIONS are required to be faxed to the Euphemia Hotel 2 x weeks prior to arrival date (not arrival time) , after that there is a 50% charge from the total cost with a minimum of one night cost during the week days and 2 nights cost during the weekend or special holidays. In case of cancellation or no show, your credit card will be charged accordingly. Cancellation and changes at and after arrival date will be charged 100%.

In order to guarantee your reservation we will ask authorisation on your credit card. For authorizations we accept all credit cards, no debit cards,

Authorization means that we ask the credit card company to block an amount on your credit card for our use (normally equally to the cancellation fee). This amount is normally valid for few weeks, after that it releases itself back into your account automatically (depends on the credit card company and the country). We have no control over the release process.

Payments are at arrival, it can be done with debit cards and credit cards (with 5% surcharge)

During the weekends there is a minimum stay of 2 nights, this applies all the year through.
