Credit card charges and Cancellations:
Non-Refundable rate – If you cancel at any time, the total charge of 100% will not be refunded.
No show: the total charge of 100% will not be refunded.
Standard rate – Flexible – 2 days – You can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 2 days before your arrival. If you do not show up you will be charged the total price of the reservation.
Your credit card will be charged 100% of booking value any time after the booking is made (no extra surcharge) including the city tax and tourist fee,
Booking fee of 1.50 GBP by FrontDeskMaster Ltd is not refundable at any time!
No Parties! – STAG/HEN/BACHELOR PARTY GROUPS are not allowed ! this type of reservation will be rejected. For group reservation (10 person or more) we have different policies and additional supplements.
We require €250,- cash security deposit at arrival, this deposit will be refunded only at check out upon checking the rooms, rooms must be left tidy and all rubbish/bottles must be removed from all rooms
At the Euphemia smoking is NOT allowed anywhere! Smoking in the Euphemia, activating the smoke alarm or any other damage or covering the smoke detector etc will result in a charge of €100,-
Payments and Credit Cards:
All payments at the Euphemia with credit or debit cards are subject to an extra 5%.
The credit card used for the reservation and the cardholder must be present at arrival, if not we may cancel the credit card charge and you need to pay in cash or another present card.
We may require a security deposit during the stay of €50,- to €100,-
Please note ! We do not accept €200,- and €500,- banknotes.
Private rooms: we have 1,2,3,4,5,6 and 10 person private rooms divided across 4 floors (no lift). All the private rooms have a private bathroom in the room, linen, towels and soap are included.
Shared dorm rooms: 4, 5,6 and 10 person rooms, divided across 4 floors (no lift). These rooms are mixed male and female, the age limit in these rooms is up to 40 years, if you reserve a complete room in the shared rooms, and we manage to put you all in the same room the age limit is not applicable, please check first with us if it is possible.
All the dorm rooms except three have a bathroom in the room, the other Dorms have a bathroom in the hallway, linen is included, towels are available at reception at €1,-
Prices are between €15,- to €80,- per person per night. City tax and tourist fee is not included.
The price depends on the room type and the season.
Check-in is from 08.00 am to 23.00 pm, rooms are available only from 14.00 pm. If you arrive early, we have a storage room. If your arrival is after 23.00 pm, please contact us and inform us to arrange an after-hours entry.
At check-in, we will give you key cards for the room, €10,- deposit is required per key card.
Check out time is at 10 am. Extension will be given depending on the availability. Failure to vacate the room will result in management having the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the guest and charge extra costs as the room price for the day.
Luggage Storage: is not available
In the morning we serve a simple à la carte breakfast €3,- to €6,- served from 8am to 11am.
The lounge is open during reception hours (8am-11pm). Here you can spend your afternoon, watching TV or using our free Wi-Fi.
Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when leaving the room. For the convenience of the guest, lockers are provided in the room. It is highly recommended storing all valuable belongings in the safe deposit at the reception. The management will not, in any way whatsoever, be responsible for any loss/or damage to the guest’s belongings, any other property from either the hotel room or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever.
Damage to property:
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise. No parties of any kind, including sleepovers, are permitted in the hotel.
