Check-in:
• Reception: 08:00 AM - 11:00 PM, Please notify us when you will be arriving
• Rooms ready: 2:00 PM
• Early arrival: Luggage storage available
• Late arrival (after 11:00 PM): Inform us for late check-in.
Check-out:
• Time: Until 10:00 AM. Check out after 10:00AM is possible for an extra fee, please ask during check in for details.
• Early check-out: Arrange by 10:30 PM the night before.

Payment:
• If you made the reservation with a credit card, we would charge your credit card and send you confirmation of the payment,
• if you chose the option of bank transfer, please follow the instructions on the website.
Cancellations and No-show Policy:
• No-show Policy: no refund! For reservations of more than one night, please inform us as soon as possible on the arrival day if you still plan to come for the remaining nights.
• Cancellation policy: depends on the rate you selected.
• Non-refundable rate:
• Standard rate: if cancelled until 2 days before arrival date, it is FREE, after that it is not refundable. If you have any questions, please contact us for assistance.
Deposits:
• Key deposit: €10 per person is mandatory (cash only)
• Groups (4+): €50 deposit (cash only)
• For all other payments in the hotel with credit card payments: 5% surcharge
Room Types:
• 2-3 person rooms: Private bathroom, towels, soap included.
• 4-5 person rooms: Private bathroom, towels at reception (€2)
• No lift, rooms across 4 floors
Group Reservations:
• Different policies and supplements
• No parties (stag/hen/bachelor groups rejected)
• €250 cash security deposit, refunded at check-out upon checking the rooms.
Smoking:
• No smoking/vaping, tampering with smoke detectors or fire alarms (€100 fine)
Lounge:
• The lounge is open during reception hours (8am-11pm). Here you can spend your afternoon, watching TV or using our free Wi-Fi.
Guest belongings:
• Please ensure you lock your room door when leaving.
• We highly recommend storing all valuable belongings in the safe deposit at the reception.
• The management is not responsible for any loss or damage to guests’ belongings.
Damage to property:
• The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible.
Management's Right:
• It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise. No parties of any kind, including sleepovers, are permitted in the hotel.
